Ayurveda is a technique that involves not only the body, but also the mental aspect and the emotional sphere; it is a very ancient practice that originated in India.
The traditional Ayurvedic path has various phases. The first is the hammam with black soap, a vegetable paste which prepares the skin for exfoliation; it is also an excellent cleanser and nourishes the skin thanks to the vitamins it contains. The treatment is carried out inside the Turkish bath and consists in applying this soap, gently, all over the body. Afterwards a scrub is applied, which helps the oxygenation of tissues and the renewal of the skin. At the end is offered a mint tea, to cuddle and relax. Finally, an Ayurvedic massage is performed.
